Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Hertz Global Holdings is seeking a passionate and independent Client Relations Officer to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Entry Level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or client relations.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. 2. Act as a point of contact for clients, providing timely responses to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. 3. Conduct regular client meetings to understand their business goals and provide strategic recommendations to help achieve them. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to clients. 5. Monitor client satisfaction levels and take proactive measures to address any areas of concern. 6. Develop and implement client retention strategies to increase overall customer loyalty. 7. Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns targeted towards client acquisition and retention. 8. Track and report on key performance metrics related to client relations.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions to client challenges. 4. Experience in strategic planning and people management. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
