Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Interpublic Group is seeking a Client Relations Representative to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with 1 year of experience who are motivated, dedicated, and eager to grow in the field of client relations. As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Conduct research on client industries, competitors, and market trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve client goals and objectives - Monitor and track client satisfaction levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions accordingly - Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients on their account performance, highlighting achievements and opportunities for growth - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications for future reference - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends to continually enhance client relations strategies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Prior experience in client relations or customer service is a plus - Must be motivated, dedicated, and committed to providing exceptional client service - Willingness to conduct research and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals
