Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Big Lots is looking for a Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires a confident and resilient individual who possesses strong persuasion and planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty - Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Provide support to clients with product information, pricing, and delivery options - Develop and implement strategic plans to increase client retention and satisfaction - Monitor client feedback and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Confident and resilient personality traits - Strong persuasion and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
