Client Service Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Capital One Financial is seeking a Client Service Assistant to join our team in Houston, Texas. This position is full-time, work from home, at the Associate Level with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Providing excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat 2. Resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner 3. Managing client accounts and ensuring accurate record-keeping 4. Conducting regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns 5. Collaborating with team members to meet client service goals and objectives 6. Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed 7. Utilizing strategic planning and emotional intelligence to anticipate and address client needs 8. Upholding company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and client satisfaction

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client service or customer service role 2. Reliable and independent worker with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively 3. Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software 5. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment 6. Strategic planning skills and emotional intelligence to navigate client interactions effectively
