Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in client services or a similar role, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all client interactions - Resilient and passionate attitude towards customer service, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results - Adaptability and innovation in problem-solving, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with a reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
