Job Description - Client Support Assistant

Job Description:


Kraft Heinz is seeking a dedicated Client Support Assistant to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be independent, passionate, have strong strategic planning skills, and possess leadership qualities.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional support to clients, responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. 2. Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive business growth and meet client needs. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate projects and deliverables for clients. 4. Conduct market research and analyze data to identify new opportunities for client engagement. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM software. 6. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for client meetings. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to provide valuable insights to clients.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. 2+ years of experience in client support or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and take initiative. 6. Passion for driving innovation and progress. 7. Experience with strategic planning and leadership.
