Job Description - Client Support Associate

Job Description:


Health Net is seeking a reliable and dedicated Client Support Associate to join our team in San Diego, California. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to questions and concerns. 2. Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting technical issues, and navigating our platform. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve client issues in a timely manner. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities in our CRM system. 5. Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed. 6. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience. 7. Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and best practices.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Cooperation and planning skills.
