Remote Client Support Associate

Job Description:

Staples is seeking a Remote Client Support Associate to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess a driven and resilient personality, with strong attention to detail and planning skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote client support via phone, email, and chat to resolve customer inquiries and issues. 2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by effectively communicating solutions and providing exceptional service. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address complex client issues and escalate when necessary. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and assist in implementing solutions. 6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients. 7. Contribute to a positive team environment and participate in training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. 3+ years of experience in customer support or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively navigate challenging situations. 4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Experience with remote support tools is a plus.
