Client Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Kabbage is seeking a Client Support Associate to join our team on a full-time basis, working from home in Fort Worth, Texas. This position is at an Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, dedicated, adaptable, and possess strong decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assisting clients with account inquiries, technical issues, and general questions - Resolving client concerns and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Working closely with other departments to provide solutions to client problems - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Contributing to the improvement of processes and procedures to enhance the client experience - Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client support or customer service role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus - Must have a dedicated home office space with reliable internet connection - Must be able to work flexible hours as needed
