Client Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Northwestern Mutual is seeking a dynamic and passionate Client Support Associate to join our team in Houston, Texas. This is a full-time, work-from-home position at the Associate level with a requirement of at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with account management, transactions, and general inquiries - Collaborate with Financial Advisors to ensure a seamless client experience - Maintain accurate client records and documentation - Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency

Requirements: - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Demonstrated adaptability in a fast-paced environment - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
