Job Description - Client Support Officer

Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Client Support Officer to join our team at Nationwide in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires a high level of confidence and independence, as well as strong problem-solving and leadership skills.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues they may have in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved effectively - Proactively identify opportunities to improve client experience and services - Maintain accurate client records and documentation - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients - Handle escalated client complaints and provide solutions to ensure client satisfaction - Meet and exceed client support metrics and targets


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - 2 years of experience in a client support role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling challenges - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Confidence in interacting with clients and internal teams - Leadership skills to guide and support team members - Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment
