Client Support Representative - Work from home

Oshkosh is seeking a Client Support Representative to work from home in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and dedicated, with strong emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and product information. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends. 7. Meet performance goals and KPIs set by the company.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. 7. Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home.
