Job Description - Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative
We are an independent insurance center committed to providing exceptional customer service and tailored insurance solutions to our clients. Currently, we are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. Position Overview: As a Commercial Lines CSR, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients with their insurance needs. We value building strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction through personalized service. Responsibilities: Quoting and Consultation: Evaluate insurance policies from multiple companies to offer the best coverage options. Consult with clients to understand their insurance requirements and offer customized coverage recommendations. Educate clients on insurance products and address any inquiries or concerns they may have. Policy Processing: Process insurance policies and policy changes accurately and efficiently. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and policy transactions. Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns. Administrative Tasks: Manage follow-up and suspense files on outstanding orders and correspondence. Assist with administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations. Requirements: Active Property and Casualty (P&C) license. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry. Familiarity with insurance management software, preferably AMS360. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
