Job Description - Remote Contact Center Associate


Job Description:


As a Remote Contact Center Associate at Quintiles Transnational Holdings, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients across various industries. Working remotely from Indianapolis, Indiana, you will interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues using critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Maintain thorough knowledge of company products and services to address customer needs effectively - Document customer interactions and follow-up actions in the CRM system - Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate complex issues as needed - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction - Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Motivated and dedicated individual with strong communication skills - Ability to think critically and adapt to changing customer needs - Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer service tools - High school diploma or GED equivalent required, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
