Remote Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

Praxair is seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Contact Center Representative to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As a member of our contact center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, issue resolution, and general account maintenance - Utilize problem-solving and research skills to address customer concerns and provide solutions - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in the company database - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues - Meet performance metrics related to call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction - Stay current on company products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting - Resourceful and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Ability to research and find creative solutions to customer inquiries - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Previous experience in a remote contact center or customer service role preferred
