Contact Center Specialist - Work from home

Lithia Motors is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to work from home in Chicago, Illinois. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries in a professional manner - Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers - Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits - Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents - Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies - Work closely with other team members to provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Passionate and energetic personality - Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent
