Sealed Air, a global leader in food safety and security, hygiene, and product protection, is seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Care Officer to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This is a full-time work-from-home opportunity at the Associate Level, with a requirement of at least two years of experience in customer service or a related field.
As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for customers, representing Sealed Air in a professional and courteous manner. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. - Resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. - Providing product information, answering questions, and guiding customers through the order process. - Communicating with other departments to address customer needs and improve the overall customer experience. - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's database. - Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
The ideal candidate for this position will be energetic, reliable, and possess strong decision-making and presentation skills. You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work independently in a remote environment. Prior experience in a customer service role is required.
