Job Description:
We are seeking a Remote Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Quintiles Transnational Holdings in Los Angeles, California. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels. This position is full-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues - Handle escalated customer concerns and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty by building strong relationships with clients - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve products and services based on customer feedback - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues effectively - Meet and exceed performance goals set by the company to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and provide feedback to management on areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance the customer experience
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Passionate and driven individual with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations - Persuasion and creativity skills to effectively engage with customers and find solutions to their needs - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools for customer support
