Job Description - Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:


Salesforce.com is seeking a motivated and resilient Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and possess excellent planning and leadership skills.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and retention - Continuously seek feedback and identify opportunities for process improvement


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - Motivated individual with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others - Resilient mindset to handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism - Effective planning and leadership skills to drive team success
