Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Constellation Brands is seeking a motivated and confident Customer Service Associate to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Process customer orders and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing customers - Assist with customer retention strategies and initiatives - Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills - Contribute to the overall success of the customer service department by meeting and exceeding performance goals

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in critical thinking and problem-solving - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Must be self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team - Experience with CRM software is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
