Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Reynolds American is seeking a dynamic and reliable Customer Service Associate to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Processing orders and returns - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with clients - Analyzing customer feedback and making recommendations for improvements - Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Reliable and energetic with a positive attitude - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High School diploma or equivalent
