Baker Hughes is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Identify and evaluate customer needs to recommend products or services that best meet their requirements - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist in the development of customer service procedures and policies to improve overall efficiency and customer satisfaction - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Requirements: - Passionate and dedicated individual with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical abilities to identify and address customer needs effectively - Proficient in presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not mandatory - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
