Job Description:
Alliance Data Systems is currently seeking a dedicated and independent Customer Service Associate to join our team in New York City, New York. This is a full-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times. 4. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet performance goals. 5. Use negotiation skills to effectively handle challenging customer situations. 6. Collaborate with other team members to achieve team goals and objectives. 7. Document all customer interactions accurately and efficiently in the company database. 8. Take ownership of customer concerns and follow up to ensure resolution.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience preferred. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Strong time management and organizational skills. 5. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism. 6. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
