Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Mohawk Industries is seeking a dedicated and confident Customer Service Manager to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer service management, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to ensure optimal performance - Train and mentor customer service representatives - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members - Identify and implement process improvements to streamline customer service operations - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in a customer service management role - Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Experience with CRM systems is a plus
