Job Description - Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


Toys "R" Us in Seattle, Washington is seeking a highly motivated and driven Customer Service Officer to join our team. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers and ensuring their overall satisfaction with their shopping experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner through various communication channels such as phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Answer customer inquiries and provide product information, pricing, availability, and delivery timelines. 3. Assist customers with returns, exchanges, and refunds following company policies. 4. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. 5. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times. 7. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find solutions. 4. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
