Job Description - Customer Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


Mondelez International is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Customer Service Officer to work from home in Seattle, Washington. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Process customer orders and provide accurate information on products and services - Assist with product returns, exchanges, and refunds - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues - Maintain up-to-date customer records and documentation - Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management - Meet and exceed key performance indicators and customer service goals


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable and motivated work ethic - Leadership and cooperation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
