ADP is currently seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing convenience and flexibility for the right candidate. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing high-quality service to our clients.

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service - Adaptable and reliable personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think innovatively and make sound decisions - Proficiency in using technology and online communication tools - High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Must have a reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
