Job Description - Customer Service Representative


Government Solutions Service Center Representative Are you a problem-solver with a passion for healthcare?We're looking for a detail-oriented Service Center Representative to join our growing team! In this remote position, you'll be the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, guiding them through the claims process and ensuring everything runs smoothly. What you'll do: Assist providers with questions and solve problems related to claims and health benefits. Educate providers on claim requirements and plan details. Process claims accurately and efficiently in our system. Manage calls, directing them to the appropriate specialist when needed. Provide clear and concise notes on every interaction. You're a great fit if you have: High school diploma or GED (college courses preferred). At least 1 year of customer service experience (inbound call center experience a plus). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office products. A collaborative spirit and the ability to work independently. Knowledge of medical terminology (beneficial but not required). US citizenship (mandatory). Bonus points for: Understanding of how healthcare offices operate. The nitty-gritty: Schedule: Choose from 3 available schedules: 8:00 pm - 4:30 pm EST, 10:00 am - 6:30 pm EST, or 11:30 am - 8:00 pm EST. Start Date: Training begins May 6th (interviews and offers happening April 8th-15th). Location: Remote work. Benefits: We offer a competitive benefits package (details upon request).
