Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and resilient Customer Service Representative to join our team at Paccar in Houston, Texas. As an Associate level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner - Process orders and coordinate shipments with logistics team - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify and implement creative solutions to improve customer service processes - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Resilient in handling challenging situations - High school diploma or equivalent
