Job Description:
As a Customer Success Officer at IBM in Austin, Texas, your main responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction and retention by building strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional service. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, address any issues or concerns they may have, and ensure that they are maximizing the value of IBM products and services. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success.
Responsibilities: - Proactively engage with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and expectations - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive adoption and usage of IBM products - Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to address customer needs and drive growth - Monitor customer health metrics and identify opportunities for improvement - Provide training and support to customers to ensure they are using IBM products effectively - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth - Collaborate with customers to gather feedback and provide input to product development teams - Analyze customer data and provide insights to internal stakeholders - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities in CRM system
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and hardworking attitude - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments - Experience with CRM systems and tools - Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
