Customer Success Representative - Work from home

General Dynamics is seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Success Representative to join our team based in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a full-time remote position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

As a Customer Success Representative, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the success and satisfaction of our customers by providing exceptional service and support. This includes effectively managing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, as well as proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
