Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Bank of New York Mellon Corp. This position is located in Phoenix, Arizona but is remote, allowing for flexibility in your work environment. As an Entry Level Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience - Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and address any issues before they escalate - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our customers
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Adaptability to changing customer needs and priorities - Emotional intelligence to effectively navigate challenging customer interactions - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
