Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Penske Automotive Group is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Customer Support Manager to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As a mid-to-senior level position, this role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be confident, resilient, and possess excellent critical thinking and research skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer support experience - Monitor customer feedback and provide recommendations for improvement - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer support process - Analyze customer support metrics and provide reports to senior management - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and implement new technologies or strategies to improve customer support operations


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) - Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Experience with customer support ticketing systems - Knowledge of automotive industry trends (preferred)
