Job Description - Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


Staples is seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Support Officer to join our team in New York City, New York. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but candidates should possess strong time management and people management skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide high-quality service to resolve customer issues and inquiries - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - 1 year of customer service experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Must be a team player and possess a positive attitude
