Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders and requests - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and concerns - Use problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues - Document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Meet or exceed customer support metrics and goals - Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer support role - Confident and passionate attitude towards customer service - Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred - Ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
