Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


As a Customer Support Specialist at Target in New York City, New York, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to Target's customers. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are hardworking, confident, and eager to learn.


Responsibilities: 1. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 4. Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to Target's policies. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues effectively. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. 7. Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and escalate important issues to the appropriate teams. 8. Stay up to date on Target's products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. 9. Assist with special projects and initiatives to improve customer support processes.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service. 2. Proficiency in project management and organization. 3. Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment. 4. Presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. 6. No prior experience is necessary, but a passion for customer service is essential. 7. Ability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
