Job Description - Customer Support Specialist


Job Description:


We are looking for a driven and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Time Warner Cable in Seattle, Washington. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Providing technical support for products and services - Processing customer orders and payments - Communicating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions - Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers - Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Associate level degree preferred
