  6. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, preferences, and booking details to ensure personalized service and follow-up.
  7. Handle payment processing, invoicing, and billing procedures in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  8. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.
