Job Description - Live Chat Representative

Job Description:


Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking a passionate and dedicated Live Chat Representative to join our team in Washington, D.C. This full-time position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through live chat support - Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize innovative problem-solving skills to address customer concerns - Demonstrate emotional intelligence in dealing with challenging situations


Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in typing and using chat platforms - Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus


Personality Traits: - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Dedicated to helping customers and resolving issues promptly
