Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

American Family Insurance Group is seeking a hardworking and dedicated Live Chat Representative to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Entry Level Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through live chat interactions with customers. This position offers remote work flexibility, Paid Time Off (PTO), and dental insurance benefits.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on products and services through live chat - Assist customers with policy inquiries, billing questions, claims processing, and other related tasks - Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate departments for resolution - Utilize decision-making skills to resolve customer concerns and provide solutions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Strive to meet or exceed customer service goals and KPIs - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong planning and organization skills - Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively - Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent
