Job Description:
Tesoro is seeking a dedicated and energetic Live Chat Representative to join our team in San Diego, California. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through the live chat platform on our website. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide support, answer questions, and troubleshoot issues - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while assisting customers with their inquiries - Utilize creativity and communication skills to effectively engage with customers and provide solutions to their problems - Document all customer interactions and inquiries accurately in our CRM system - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Meet and exceed key performance metrics related to response times, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates
Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat or online customer support environment - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to think creatively and adapt to changing situations quickly - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure - Proficiency with CRM software and live chat platforms - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred - Must be able to work full-time hours and be available to work weekends and evenings as needed
