Remote Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Celanese is seeking a Remote Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional live chat support to our customers. This is a full-time position at the Associate level, and we are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Live chat with customers to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely manner - Utilize persuasive techniques to promote products and services to customers - Use creativity to come up with innovative solutions to customer inquiries - Maintain a high level of energy and engagement during live chat interactions - Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer support processes - Meet and exceed key performance indicators for live chat response times, customer satisfaction, and sales conversion rates
