Job Description:
Viacom is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Remote Live Chat Specialist to join our team in San Diego, California. As an Associate Level Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support through live chat to our customers around the globe.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via live chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently - Maintain high customer satisfaction scores by ensuring all inquiries are resolved to the customer's satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and provide a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools - Salesforce experience is a plus - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
