Online Account Support Associate

Job Description:

Delek US Holdings is seeking an Online Account Support Associate to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As an Entry Level position, the Online Account Support Associate will be responsible for providing support to online account holders, ensuring a positive and seamless experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience and possess the personality traits of being hardworking and reliable.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist online account holders with account setup, login issues, and general inquiries. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to online accounts. 3. Guide customers through the online account management system and provide tutorials as needed. 4. Monitor online account activity for any suspicious or fraudulent behavior. 5. Collaborate with IT and Customer Service teams to address any systemic issues affecting online accounts. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on pending requests. 7. Keep abreast of updates and changes to the online account system and communicate these changes to customers.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or online account support. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Creativity and decision-making skills to provide innovative solutions to customer issues. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online account management systems. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
