Job Description:
CBRE Group is currently seeking a dedicated and adaptable Online Call Center Associate to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As an Associate Level position, candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service - Utilize strategic planning and project management skills to improve call center processes and efficiency - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience - Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs and concerns effectively - Accurately document all customer interactions and follow up as needed - Meet or exceed call center metrics and goals set by management - Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Strategic planning and project management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
