Online Chat Support Associate

Masco is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Online Chat Support Associate to join our team in New York City, New York. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or online support role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide friendly and efficient online chat support to customers, assisting them with product inquiries, order status updates, and technical issues. 2. Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely manner. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Utilize decision-making skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up to date on product information and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support to customers.

Requirements: 1. Reliable and punctual with a positive, can-do attitude. 2. Energetic and enthusiastic about assisting customers and providing excellent service. 3. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 4. Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet. 5. Proficiency in typing and communication skills. 6. Experience using online chat support software is a plus.
