Job Description:
As an Online Client Relations Manager at Instacart in Washington, D.C., US, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing client relationships through online platforms. This role requires a high level of independence and adaptability as you will be serving as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing timely and effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Manage and nurture client relationships through online communication channels - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients - Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and achieve business goals - Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement and loyalty - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on company products and services - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for online client communication
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 5 years of experience in client relations or customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Excellent problem-solving skills - Proficiency in online communication tools and platforms - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing circumstances - Presentation skills - Adaptable to a fast-paced environment - Ability to travel as needed
