Online Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Procter & Gamble is currently seeking an experienced Online Client Relations Officer to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field. We are looking for a resourceful and motivated individual with excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage online client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Develop strategies to increase online sales and revenue - Communicate with clients via email, phone, and chat to address any issues or concerns - Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to improve the overall online client experience - Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to optimize client interactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure competitiveness in the market

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
