Online Client Support Associate

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to clients via email, chat, and phone, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting technical problems. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and maintain a high level of service quality. 5. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the client support function. 6. Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and relevant assistance to clients.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Adaptable and energetic with a positive attitude. 3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. 5. Persuasion skills to effectively address client concerns and promote products and services. 6. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
