Job Description - Online Client Support Manager

Job Description:


Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Online Client Support Manager to join our team in Washington, D.C. This is a full-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 8 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be confident, reliable, possess strong leadership skills, and be capable of persuading clients towards mutually beneficial outcomes.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee all online client support services, ensuring timely and efficient responses to client inquiries and concerns. 2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the online client experience, maximizing client satisfaction and retention. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address technical issues, provide product information, and offer solutions to client challenges. 4. Analyze online customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all online support needs. 6. Lead and mentor a team of online client support specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. 8+ years of experience in online client support or a related field. 3. Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and exceeding performance targets. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strong leadership abilities and a persuasive communication style. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and online support platforms. 7. Ability to travel as needed.
